Neighborhood Design

Intentionally and thoughtfully developed

Naturally Breathtaking. Architecturally Significant.

With the luxury home style and character, and sensitivity toward architectural detail, the neighborhood will have a Homeowners Association that will bring the benefit of common area maintenance and architectural and landscape design review and approvals by the development team awarded for its previous neighborhood aesthetics and environmental sensitivity.

Typically, surrounding neighborhoods and communities that offer larger homesites require individual septic sites. City sanitary sewer services are available to this location. This allows the unique opportunity for homesite design and placement, and unencumbered use of the lot. To further improve the neighborhood, a feel of luxury and design, we have chosen to include ‘curb and gutter’ to the street section instead of the typical ‘ditch and swale’ stormwater management. This improves water quality treatment and a significantly more attractive streetscape and front yards to each home landscape design.

The existing tree line will remain untouched, except areas which may be manicured with trees trimmed for views without harming remaining trees. Our intent is to leave as many trees as possible.

In the center of this private neighborhood will be a small park for all to enjoy, which will include a pavilion and recreation area that will feature a walking path which passes through the restored legacy bridge, within the wooded ravine with trail down to the waterfront to the private Homeowners Association dock for boating on the community boat or to enjoy paddleboards or fishing.
